The TSA website says that gel insoles are prohibited. I wouldn’t wear it the day of the flight (just pack it in your checked luggage and wear it while on your trip). Even if the particular kind you have isn’t prohibited, do you really want to argue with a TSA agent about it and risk missing your flight (or worse)? This is the same agency that took a little kid’s play-doh although it was not explicitly prohibited because TSA screeners get to use their own “discretion.”
